1. Data Collected

Mog AI collects only what is necessary to provide our services:

• Contact Form Data: Name, email, company name, selected package, and message content.
• Server Logs: IP address and user agent string for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. These are stored for a maximum of 90 days.
• No Tracking: We do not use cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party tracking services. Period.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
• To assess hardware compatibility and service fit during discovery calls.
• To send follow-up communications only with your explicit opt-in consent.

3. Data Storage

Contact form data is stored in a MySQL database hosted on our shared Plesk hosting provider (Hostinger International Limited, Boston MA, USA). Access is restricted to authorized Mog AI personnel. The hosting provider is bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. What We Never Do

• Sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.
• Use your data for model training, machine learning, or AI research.
• Transfer your data outside the jurisdiction of the hosting server without your consent.

5. Data Retention

Contact records are retained for 24 months from the date of submission. Server logs expire after 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting contact@mogg.cloud.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA / GDPR)

As a Montreal-based entity, we are bound by Canadian PIPEDA. EU residents may also exercise GDPR rights:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate information.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data.
• Portability: Receive your data in machine-readable format.
• Restriction: Limit processing of your data.

7. Third-Party Services

This website loads Google Fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP address during font requests. We are actively exploring self-hosted font alternatives.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed toward children under 13 (or 18 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
